1. In a large bowl, combine the butter with the remaining ingredients. Turn the mixture onto a sheet of waxed paper and, using your hands and the paper, shape it into a log.
2. To use the butter, slice off pieces to spread on bread or to season vegetables. To store, wrap the log in waxed paper, place in a freezer bag or plastic wrap, and store in the freezer.
