Mix together beans, salsa and seasoning; set aside. Spread one tablespoon sour cream on each tortilla; top with 2 tablespoons bean mixture. Sprinkle each with black olives and cheese. Roll tightly and cut into bite-size pieces.
Tip: Spread refried beans on an open tortilla, and use shredded lettuce for “hair” and bits of fresh veggies for features on a happy face tortilla treat.
