Meatloaf Sandwich

Ingredients

4 loaves pita bread
8 ounces meat loaf
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon mint leaves
1 medium tomato, diced
2 tablespoons polyunsaturated oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 lettuce leaves

Directions:

Crumble the meatloaf in a mixing bowl and add the oregano, mint, tomato, oil and lemon juice and mix thoroughly.

Carefully remove the tip of each Pita loaf, spread the side open, insert a lettuce leaf and then stuff each one with ΒΌ of the meat mixture.
