Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 pound fresh brown mushrooms caps, wiped and drained
1/2 pound ground turkey
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
soy sauce

Directions:

Mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg and spices until fully combined. Stuff the mushroom caps with the meat mixture. Place the mushrooms with the stuffing side up in a baking dish and brush with soy sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
