Roasted Mussels With Salsa


Serves: 4
Total Calories: 365

Ingredients

2 pounds fresh mussels, cleaned
1 (16-ounce) jar chunky salsa, medium-hot
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Crusty bread, for serving

Directions:

Heat the oven to 450°F.

Combine all of the ingredients in a large baking dish and roast until the mussels open, about 15 minutes. Serve with bread.
