Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

Dissolve:
3 tablespoons yeast
3 cups warm water
add a little sugar
Add
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1 cup dry milk powder
2 eggs
9 cups bread flour
Mix well. Knead. Add
1 1/2 cups bread flour

Directions:

Let rise 1 hour. Divide into 3 balls. Shape into 3 dozen rolls. Let rise 1 hour. Bake 375 for 15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen rolls.
