Pie Crust


Serves: 48
Total Calories: 160

Ingredients

6 cups flour
3 teaspoons salt
3 cups butter flavored shortening
1 1/2 cups cold water

Directions:

Cut shortening into flour and salt until crumbly. Add water a little at a time until mixture holds together.

This makes 5 two-crust pies, and a couple of shells. Bake all pie shells on the lowest rack of the oven at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
