1. Bring cocoa, dry milk, sugar, corn syrup, milk, and peanut butter to a boil in a medium saucepan and continue to boil 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in vanilla.
3. Measure oats into a medium bowl. Pour hot mixture over oats and mix well.
4. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and allow to cool. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate. (Because these have less saturated fat, they do not set up “solid” at room temperature like the traditional No-Bakes. Expect them to be gooey and good.)
