Turkey Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 juice of lemon
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and rub over the entire defrosted turkey the night before cooking. Cover turkey refrigerate and cook the next day.
