1. Heat oven to 350°. Mix sugar, margarine, yogurt, water, vanilla and egg product in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except baking chips. Stir in baking chips.
2. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched. Cook slightly remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
