Divide beef cubes and vegetables among 4 large sheets of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper and water; dot with butter. Bring together edges of aluminum foil and seal tightly. Place on a heated grill or bury in campfire coals until meat is tender, about one hour. Open carefully, allowing hot steam to escape.
Tip: Sing songs around the campfire. Who cares if everyone’s off key? It’s a fun way to make the best memories!
