Lasagna Toss

Ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground Italian pork sausage
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 3/4 cups spaghetti sauce
1 (8-ounce) package mafalda pasta or lasagna noodles, cooked
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef, sausage, onion, salt and garlic powder; drain. Stir in sauce; simmer until heated through. Stir in pasta and cottage cheese. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish; top with mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
