Combine soups, broth and chicken in a large pot; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add remaining ingredients; reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, until noodles are tender.
Tip: A fun new spin on a “make your own” bar...let kids assemble their own personal lasagna! Use small aluminum loaf pans and set out an assortment of cooked noodles, cooked and crumbled Italian sausage, steamed veggies, spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese. Place pans on a baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
