Peanut Colada Dip


Serves: 5

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

1/3 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup milk
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (3 1/2-ounce) package coconut cream pudding and pie filling mix

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

This dip is delicious served with toasted pita chips or sliced fruits. It is also scrumptious as a dessert poured over sweetened rice.
