Place mints, chocolate chips, sugar, and eggs in blender. Scald milk. Add hot milk slowly to blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowl. Chill until it begins to set.
Whip cream, and fold into chocolate mixture. Spoon into sherbet dishes and chill until set. This is very rich.
