Easy Ambrosia Salad

Ingredients

1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (6-ounce) box orange jello
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 (8-ounce) carton Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

Combine pineapple and Jell-O in saucepan. Heat just until Jell-O is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in buttermilk, coconut, and pecans. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 9x13-inch pan. Chill until firm.
