VARIATIONS
Substitute frozen apple juice concentrate for the pineapple or frozen orange juice concentrate Add a scoop of frozen dessert or yogurt, if desired.
*NOTE: To make ginger juice, simply grate fresh unpeeled ginger root on a small hand grater. Place the grated pulp in your hand and squeeze. You’ll be amazed how much juice you can get this way, without the peel or the pulp!
