In a medium soup pot, sauté the onion, mushrooms, and garlic in the olive oil until soft.
Add the water to the pot, and bring to a boil.
Add the broccoli, textured vegetable protein, oregano, basil, and rosemary to the boiling water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the salt and tomato paste, and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve immediately.
