1. Place all of the sauce ingredients, except the sour cream, in a blender or food processor, and blend to a slightly chunky consistency. Pour into a medium microwave-safe container and set aside in the refrigerator.
2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
3. Place all of the chicken ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well blended.
4. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, add the olive oil, and heat over medium heat. Add the chicken mixture and cook, stirring often, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the meat is crumbly and cooked through. Remove from the heat and set aside.
5. Remove the sauce from the refrigerator, add the sour cream, and stir gently. Heat in the microwave oven for 3 1/2 minutes on high power. Remove and stir carefully.
6. Transfer the chicken mixture to the bread bowl. Add the sauce, and top with the mozzarella and Parmesan. Place the bowl on a baking sheet in the center of the oven and heat for 2 minutes, or until the cheeses are melting and bubbly.
7. Spoon portions onto individual plates and eat with forks. Serve with pieces of sourdough bread.
