• In a small pan, stir the stevia extract into the cocoa. Cream in about half of the soymilk or milk. Bring to a light boil. Add the honey. Gradually stir in the rest of the milk while the mixture is boiling. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Beat in the vanilla and butter.
• Serve warm or cold over ice cream.
