If I Only Had a Bran

Ingredients

5 tablespoons orange juice
3 tablespoons vanilla-flavored soy milk
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 cup diced banana
1/2 cup diced mango
1/2 cup diced strawberries
1 tablespoon wheat bran
1 tablespoon bee pollen
Ginkgo biloba, according to specifi-brand label recommendation
Ginseng, according to specifi-brand label recommendation

Directions:

Place the orange juice, soy milk, honey, banana, mango, strawberries, wheat bran, bee pollen, ginkgo, and ginseng in a blender and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a Fruit Skewer (see Glorious Garnish), if desired.
