Cut bread into slices without cutting all the way through. Place a wooden spoon on each side of the bread to avoid cutting all the way through. Place a slice of ham and cheese between every other slice. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and Parmesan cheese together. Spread on opposite slices of bread. Wrap in foil and heat in oven at 325°F for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts. Cut at buttered slices. Add onion, tomato and lettuce to each sandwich.
