Let drippings sit until fat rises to top. Skim off with large spoon. Bring drippings to a boil. Add 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon if drippings are not enough. Bring to boil. Thicken with flour and enough water to make a thin paste. Whisk until smooth and free of lumps. Slowly pour into boiling drippings, stirring constantly until thickened and desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
