Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine everything but chicken and lemon slices. Put chicken in baking dish or roasting pan, skin side down. Pour sauce over it. Cook 30 minutes, basting once. Flip and cook 30–40 minutes more, basting a couple of times. Place under broiler for 2 minutes at the end to crisp up skin if necessary. Garnish with lemon slices. Serve with brown rice or Potato Chips and a Greek Salad or steamed green vegetable.
