1. Place all of the ingredients in a medium pot.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil, stir, and reduce the heat to medium- low. Simmer about 5 minutes or until all the berries pop.
3. Remove the pot from the heat and cool completely at room temperature. Transfer the sauce to a bowl and serve warm, or refrigerate and serve chilled. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
