Pour melted butter into a bowl; add onion, broccoli, eggs, buttermilk and cheese. Mix well; stir in cornbread mix. Spoon into a greased 13"x9" baking pan; bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Tip: Don't have a biscuit cutter handy? Use the open end of a clean, empty soup can to cut biscuit dough.
