Dissolve yeast in warm water. Scald milk and let cool to lukewarm. Beat eggs, then add salt, sugar, and butter to eggs. Add yeast and egg mixture to milk. Add flour until a nice soft dough forms. Let rise for 20 minutes, covered. Turn out on floured board, roll and spread with melted butter, and cut for Parker House rolls. Put in buttered pan and let rise until double. Bake in 400° oven for 15–20 minutes.
