Quick-To-Fix-Peanut Soup

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
1 rib celery, finely minced
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 quart chicken broth
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup milk or cream
1 tablespoon flour

Directions:

Stir first 5 ingredients in a saucepan; heat and stir till smooth. Shake milk with flour in a jar, then stir into soup. Garnish with a few crushed peanuts, if desired.
