1. Stir together flour, salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl, beat margarine and cheese until very light and fluffy. Stir in KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Add flour mixture, mixing until well combined. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with fork dipped in flour.
3. Bake at 350°F about 12 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Remove immediately from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks.
