Sticky Cupcake Solver

         Hi, I cannot understand why my cupcakes keep sticking to the paper cups I purchase. What am I doing OR not doing? They are meant to be used for baking! I sure would appreciate an answer if you can come up with one. I love my Cook'n CD and plan to send for another at the end of the month.

Try either double lining the muffin tins with the paper cups or lining the cups and then spraying the paper cups down with non-stick cooking spray. I find that if I overbake the cupcakes at all, they tend to really stick. You may want to double-check your oven temperature with an oven thermometer available in most grocery and kitchen stores. Hopefully, one of these solutions will solve your sticky cupcake troubles.
