Light Whole Wheat Bread
The following is a recipe for Light Whole Wheat Bread:
1 1/4 cups warm water
1 Tablespoon oil
2 Tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1/4 cup wheat gluten
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Add all ingredients to Bread Pan in the order given. This recipe was created using the "Whole Wheat" setting.
The Secrets article was easy to read and follow and I plan to use it as I continue to learn how to make bread.
My bread machine is a "Breadman"
