Cook Time for Veggies on a Bun

I am a new comer to the newsletter and I have been excited to watch you monthly news videos. I especially liked the thought of the veggies on a bun but was disappointed not to have seen the consistency of the finished product. I love trying new recipes and I definitely will try this one. Just please try to give us viewers a quick look at the final project. Thanks for all the wonderful tips and ideas that I have found on your web site.

Thanks for the feedback! I will try to do a better job at that in the future.
However, I’m glad I didn’t do it with this recipe because when we tasted it, we thought it was done cooking but as it turns out, the veggies were still a little too tough. We let it cook a bit longer while we moved on to other video shoots that day and after a while, to our surprise, the veggies softened up a lot more. They were much more tender and delicious.
We all ate it up like crazy! The consistency was the same as regular Sloppy Joes. It was really good but until it cooked for a while, it wasn’t so great.
