Splenda Substitution

Could Splenda be substituted for the sugar in the Turtle Cake recipe? I'd really be interested in making this then.

Hi Sylvia,

You may use Splenda in the cake mix with some adjustments. Since sugar does more things than just sweeten food, you need to make some changes when using splenda as a sugar replacer. The following link will teach you what to do:
