It is good to know that the most fun thing to do is to be with our families. It warms the heart and says that Cook'n still makes wonderful memories for us to remember and makes for a strong bond. I say this because I know the ones that voted are strong families and the mothers still like to cook and spend time around the dinner table. A lot of my memories were those times spent with mother, daddy, sisters and my brother. Linda
Isn't family what it is ALL about?!
we have our annual family reunion
My husband and I work at a nursing home, we love to barbeque hamburgers, hot dogs and all the works that goes into a picnic. We deck it out with red and white checkerd tableclothes, paper plates, watermelon. The residents love it and we have fun watching them enjoying it so much.
Has to be fireworks for several generations. I honor our Soldiers regularly as an active member of the Patriot Guard Riders.
We love the parades, picnics and fireworks but they are all more fun doing it with family.
We have a wonderful day thatwe share with 60 to 80 people, the most enjoyed part of the day is being with my terrific grand children.
I especially like to honor those brave men & women that fought to keep this country safe. My dad fought in WWII, so we heard stories all our lives about those that are always the innocents in the middle of some person's wish for power & how we need to give them the same freedom that we have. I feel honored to have had such brave men & women willing to keep us free, which includes my dad. Michele
Schofield Army Base has the best program and we can and do it all there every year! Hawaii
You need an "all of the above" choice. I love them all.
Linton has lthe largest parade in Indiana, but I really like the fireworks the best. Here in Linton we start the Forth of July Festival in June with Roy Clark at the High School gym. From there we have cruse-in, carnival, horse pulls and a wide varitiy of things going on at the city park. That includes the fireworks.
My family is all about the food.
Yes, I know we should all put "Honoring Our Soldiers", but I do that everyday.
