Cake or Brownies Poll

'Tis the Season for Sweets! As for me and my sweetheart, my husband loves cake. He would even eat it without frosting (if I hadn't already frosted it with an inch of the delicious stuff - which he usually scrapes off anyway!).

Truth is, I wish I could be satisfied with anything short of "chocolate death". The chocolatier, is that a word?, the better! And thus was born my absolute love for fudgy brownies.

So, I'd like to know, am I the only one with this hopeless brownie passion, or would you opt for cake instead?
