2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 large green bell pepper, cut into strips
1/4 cup onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste
1. Put the raw chicken in a small bowl and toss with the Cajun seasoning to coat.
2. Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet on medium-high. Sauté the chicken, peppers, onion and garlic until the chicken is cooked through and the peppers are crisp-tender.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
