Download these recipes into your Cook'n software. Then, you can save time and money by using your Cook'n software to make a grocery list! Save time by using the dovetailing and "prepare-ahead-of-time" features designed into this menu!


Monday

Roast Beef with Horseradish Sauce
Glazed Acorn Squash
Gourmet Mint Brownies

Dovetailing Tips: Today you will have the chance to really get ahead for the week. We will be having roast beef tonight and if you cook an extra pound you will be way ahead for Wednesday's casserole! Just prepare it along with this roast and then you can cut it up today or Wednesday and it will save you a lot of time Wednesday!


Tuesday

Chunky Lentil Stew
Buttery Breadsticks
Cashew Clusters

Dovetailing Tips: Today shred 7 cups of cabbage. Use one cup today and save the other 6 cups for Friday's coleslaw.

Also, chop 1/2 cup of onions and slice 1/4 cup. Use the chopped today and save the slices for Thursday.


Wednesday

Beef and Veggie Casserole
Pumpkin Trifle

Dovetailing Tips: For the rest of the week we get to just reap the rewards of our earlier efforts! Having the roast cooked today will save you a lot of time and you will really be happy to have that ready.


Thursday

Cajun Chicken Stir-fry
White Rice
Caramel Corn

Dovetailing Tips: You should have 1/4 cup sliced onions in the fridge today!


Friday

Chili-Orange Country-Style Ribs
Spicy Coleslaw
Country Potato Wedges

Dovetailing Tips: The cabbage you shredded Tuesday will really come in handy today!
