Monday

Dovetailing Tips: We've got lots of mushrooms to slice today! This recipe calls for 6-8 and we will be using them again Tuesday (1/4 pound) and Wednesday (8) so slice enough today to get you through the week. There are several ways to get ahead this week. When you get your green bell pepper out to chop it today you might as well slice one, and cut one in to 8 pieces. You will be glad you have them on Tuesday and Friday. The next two time-savers are cheese. Grate an additional 2 tablespoons of Parmesan and an additional 3/4 cup cheddar. After a little work today you will be way ahead for the rest of the week!


Tuesday

Dovetailing Tips: Today you will use mushrooms and green bell peppers, but remember to save the mushrooms you need for Wednesday and the peppers you will need Friday!


Wednesday

Dovetailing Tips: Use 2 tablespoons of Parmesan and 8 sliced mushrooms. Isn't it nice to have them ready?


Thursday

Dovetailing Tips: Cheddar cheese is already sliced and waiting for you!


Friday

Dovetailing Tips: Today's recipe calls for those green bell pepper strips. Mmmm, what a flavor!
