Dovetailing Tips: Get your best chopping knife out and get ready to make giant strides! Chop 4 onions and that should give you plenty to get through the week. You will be using it every day this week so this will be a great one to get done all at once! When you are washing and cutting celery today, quickly chop 1/4 cup for Thursday. One more thing out of the way!
Tuesday
Dovetailing Tips: Today you just get to use some of the onion you chopped!
Wednesday
Dovetailing Tips: You have onion ready to go today. As long as you are rinsing and tearing up lettuce, do an extra 8 cups for Friday's salad. You can also get ahead by shredding an additional 1/2 cup of mozzarella today and putting it in the fridge for tomorrow!
Thursday
