Lemonade Fluff Dessert
Serves 14
Ingredients:
70 round, buttery crackers, crushed1 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (16-ounce) container whipped topping
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Combine crackers, butter and powdered sugar together reserve 2/3 cup for topping. Press remaining mixture into an ungreased 13" x 9" baking pan. In a separate mixing bowl, combine lemonade, milk, whipped topping and lemon juice spread over crust. Top with remaining cracker mixture. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
