Ingredients

MARINADE
1/2 cup olive oil
1 orange Squeeze Juice
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 cup honey

SHISH KABOBS
5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can pineapple chunk
1 red onion
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper

Directions:

Mix marinade altogether and marinade chicken for at least 3 or 4 hours.
Chop vegetables into square chunks, shish kabob size.
Tip: Double skewer the meat and veggies when using wood skewers to prevent rotating around on the skewer. Soak wood skewers before use to prevent burning.
