Gingery Almond Chicken Spread


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 190

Ingredients

2 to 3 tablespoons chicken broth
1/3 cup sliced blanched almonds
3/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cooked chopped chicken

Directions:

Place broth and almonds in mini food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; blend again until smooth. Chill in a covered container until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or toasted bread rounds.

Editor’s Extra: Nice to sub curry powder for the ginger, or use both.
