Apple Pie Yogurt

Ingredients

1 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
1/2 cup craisins
4 apples
1/4 cup walnuts

Directions:

Put yogurt in a medium sized bowl. Add maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well. Add apples and craisins to yogurt mixture. Toss gently, but thoroughly. You want to coat the apples so they don't oxidize. Top with walnut pieces.
