Ingredients

CRUST
1/2 cup warm tap water
1 envelope dry yeast
1 cup warm milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups flour
2 tablespoons oils
1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
basil leaves (optional)
SAUCE
6 ripe tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
TOPPING
tuna
1/4 to 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
oregano

Directions:

To make the crust, sprinkle the dry yeast in the warm water and stir to dissolve.

Add to the warm milk and stir well. Add sugar, salt, 2 cups of the flour and stir well.

Let raise 20 minutes. Add the other 2 cups of flour, oil and melted butter. Let raise until double. Roll out and put in a pizza pan. Depending upon the size of your pizza pan, this recipe will make 2 pizzas.

For sauce, beat in blender the tomatoes, salt, pepper. Pour sauce without cooking over uncooked crust. After the sauce, spread out the tuna a little oregano, chopped onion and then the mozzarella cheese.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees and bake pizza for about 30 minutes.
