In a large frying pan fry bacon pieces, ham squares and ground beef. Cook over hot stove until done and add carrot, onion, and celery. Continue to cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook about 25 minutes, or until tomatoes loose their shape.
Before serving add cilantro.
Serve over boiled spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
