Heat a large frying pan. Add cooking oil. Add cut up raw chicken. Cook the chicken until done and add rice. Stir fry with chopped onion and chopped tomatoes. Add water, bay leaf, salt.
Cover with a tight lid, turn the heat low and cook until done—about 30 min.
Serve hot.
