Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except S'mores Filling, marshmallows and 1/4 cup melted chocolate chips in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Dough/Manual cycle. Do not use delay cycles.
Remove dough from pan, using lightly floured hands. Cover and let rest 10 minutes on lightly floured surface. Prepare S'mores Filling.
Grease 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Pat each piece into 3 1/2 inch circle. Place 1 tablespoon filling and 1 marshmallow on center of each circle. Bring edges of dough up over marshmallow pinch edges to seal. Place pinched sides down in muffin cups. Cover and let rise in warm place 35 to 40 minutes or until almost double.
Heat oven to 375°. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until buns sound hollow when tapped. Remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
For S'mores Filling:
Mix all ingredients.
1 bun: 260 calories (80 calories from fat) 9g fat (4g saturated) 0mg cholesterol 6sodium 43g carbohydrate (2g dietary fiber) 4g protein.
SUCCESS TIP
When you bring the dough up over the marshmallow, be careful not to stretch the dough too thin or to make holes in the dough, or the filling will bubble out during baking. Not only will you lose the great chocolate and marshmallow filling, but the muffin pan will be a mess to clean.

We found that miniature chocolate chips work best in these buns. They were easy to mix with the graham cracker crumbs.
Shaping
Bring edges of dough up over filling pinch edges to seal.
