Omelet Brunch

Ingredients

18 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped mild green chili
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a large bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk, and salt. Fold in green onions. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 45–55 minutes, or until eggs are set. Immediately sprinkle cheese over top and cut into squares before serving.Makes 6–8 servings.
