In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and starter. Sift together flour, soda, powder, salt, and sugar; add to the egg mixture, stir until combined and slightly lumpy. Don’t over mix. Lightly oil a hot 20” Dutch oven lid. Ladle about ¼ cup batter onto lid for each pancake and cook until top is dull and edges begin to dry. Flip over pancake and cook until lightly browned. About 1 ½ minutes each side.
