Blue Ribbon Chili

Ingredients

2 pounds chili ground meat (brown, just to get red out)
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 (10-ounce) can Ro-Tel tomato, diced
3 heaping tablespoons chili powder
1 heaping tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons Ac`cent (optional)
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 can water or more
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 (16-ounce) cans cream-style red kidney beans

Directions:

Cook all but beans together with meat for about 45 minutes. Add kidney beans and cook another 15 minutes.
